Swimmers arrive by 4:55, Warm-ups promptly at 5:25, Meet starts at 6:30! Detailed Timeline below. TIMELINE 4:00pm: Police arrive to support pedestrians / crosswalk on Military Road. 4:05pm: Parking marshals briefing in DR parking lot (given by head parking marshal). 4:30pm: Pool gates open for swimmers and spectators. *Highlands swimmers arrive no later than 4:55. Warm Ups begin promptly at 5:25!* 5:00-6:10pm: Warmups; coaches and marshals must be presentMain competition pool only, the shallow / stairs area will be closed for the meet. 5:00-5:20 – Donaldson Run (Lanes 1, 2 & 3) and Overlee (Lanes 4, 5 & 6) 5:25-5:45pm – Chesterbrook (Lanes 1, 2 & 3) and Highlands (Lanes 4, 5 & 6)* 5:50-6:10pm – Old Keene Mill (Lanes 1, 2 & 3) and Tuckahoe (Lanes 4, 5 & 6) 5:40pm: S&T judge briefing with the referee (baby pool area) 6:00pm: Team reps meet with referee and division coordinator (clerk of course area) 6:10pm: Timer briefing with chief timer 6:10pm: Marshals briefing with referee (pool deck) 6:10pm: Pool cleared; table workers in place 6:20pm: Swimmers in events 1 & 2 called to Clerk of Course 6:20pm: Deck officials & timers in place 6:22pm: Announcements and national anthem 6:30pm: Meet begins Parking and N Randolph Street Trail Access Relay Carnival Pool Set Up Swimmer Drop Off Map Meet Timeline
Mon Jun 30 2025	Green vs. Black Intrasquad Meet Highlands Swim and Tennis Start: 5:00 PM Warm-up: 5:00 PM End: 8:30 PM (estimated) Green vs. Black Intrasquad Highlands vs. Highlands Home Monday Night B Meet! Teams will be announced by Friday Morning! Swimmers may choose 2 individual events (ex: free, back, breast, fly) If you place in an individual event you may not swim that event on Monday :) Swimmers may choose to participate or not participate in our Green vs. Black WHOMPING Turtle Relays! Relays will begin following the completion of the individual events (immediately after Fly)! These will be fun team relays - low stress - all fun! Relay participation is optional but highly encouraged!!

Bring your flags (we will have flags and magnets for sale!). Bring your car paint and face paint (we will have some extra)! Wear your green! Swimmers wear your Rodeo Gear (we will hopefully have some to share depending on donations received)! We will caravan after cheers and music to Overlee. See you at Linway to UNLEASH THE WHOMP!!
Fri Jun 20 2025	Pep Rally #2 - WANTED POSTERS and Belly Flop Contest! Upper Grassy Area Start: 5:30 PM End: 7:30 PM Swimmers meet in the Upper Grassy Area for a pasta dinner, fun and revelry. Parents gather at the upper deck! Bring something to share. 1. WANTED POSTER MAKING! Chat with your swimmer about what they want for themselves this summer! Could it be....PANCAKES? A legal Fly? A relay record? A personal best? A no breath 25? Anything works - just no "WANTS that involve Overlee and their swimmers :) - positive sportsmanship only! 2. Belly Flop Contest! Bring your best flop and try to make the top 10!
